We look for locations with genuine character — elevation, setting, surroundings that make the development worth building. Not every site qualifies, and we are fine with that.

Finished to a standard we would accept ourselves.
We specify materials and hold contractors to the same standard we would apply to our own homes. The finish is part of the development, not an afterthought.
