The full drawing set — ground floor, first floor, elevations, structural and MEP — is approved. These are some of the decisions it commits to.
Double-height living, lit from two storeys
The main living space runs the full height of the house, with a first-floor void overlooking it and full-height glazing on the valley side. Light arrives from two levels rather than one.
Three bedrooms, three full ensuites
Every bedroom has its own bathroom — no shared family bath and no lesser room. Around 227 sqm of internal floor area across two floors.
A pool and a rooftop that belong to the house
Each of the four homes has its own plunge pool and its own rooftop terrace. Neither is shared, and neither was added to the plan late.
Two kitchens, and cover for two cars
A main kitchen plus a separate kitchenette, and a covered carport for two vehicles — decisions that come from thinking about how the house gets used daily.

High on the Akuapem Ridge, above the valley.
Konkonuru sits at elevation on the Akuapem Ridge, in the hills above Accra. The land slopes into the valley, so from the upper floors the view falls away over the tree canopy rather than onto a neighbour's wall.
Aburi has long drawn people who want greenery, cooler air and space without giving up access to the city. Each of the four homes faces the slope directly.
