What we do with your details.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our two forms:

• Contact form — your name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, which development you are asking about, and your message.
• Brochure request — your name, email address and an optional phone or WhatsApp number.

We record the date and time of your enquiry alongside it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to the site. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites, which is why there is no cookie banner here. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to send you the brochure when you ask for it, and to follow up about the development you asked about. If you ask for a consultation or a site visit, we use your details to arrange it. That is all.

Where it goes

Your submission is recorded in a private Google Sheet and emailed to our sales address, both inside our own Google Workspace account. Google processes and stores this data on our behalf as our hosting provider. Only Marsie's founders and the people handling sales enquiries can see it. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else for their own marketing.

Checking your email address

When you submit a form we check whether your email address's domain is able to receive mail, and we may suggest a correction if it looks like a common misspelling. This is to stop a genuine enquiry being lost to a typo. The suggestion is only ever an offer — you can always submit the address exactly as you typed it.

Asking us to delete your details

Email sales@marsierealty.com and ask us to delete your details, or to tell you what we hold. We will remove you from the enquiries sheet and stop contacting you. You do not need to give a reason.
